Location:

Oriavchyk village, Tysovets hole, on the territory of “Skoliv Beskids”natural reserve, 6 km from the alpine complex “Tysovets”.

Road: asphaltic road, the final 1, 2 km is covered with gravel.

Inside:

7 new wooden cottages: 4 double rooms, 2 four-seated rooms and 1 six-seated room. In each cottage is sauna, fully-equipped kitchen (cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle).

Dining shanty, opened-air swimming pool, heated swimming pool for children, open air kindergarden, alpine recreational area, big private property, apiary and near is forest.

Conveniences:

Cottage №1, 2 are for 2 persons.

On the ground floor: sitting room with TV and fireplace, kitchen, sauna, lavatory (toilet, washstand, and shower room).

On the first floor: double bedroom, balcony.

Additional places: in the sitting room are folding beds.

Cottage №4, 5 are for 4 persons.

On the ground floor: sitting room with TV and fireplace, dining kitchen, sauna (in cottage №4 is contrast swimming pool), lavatory (toilet, washstand, shower room). On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, in one bedroom is lavatory with bath in another with shower room.

Additional places: in the sitting room is folding sofa.

Cottage №3 is for 6 persons.

On the groundfloor: dining sitting room with TV and fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom, lavatory (toilet, washstand, shower room).

On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, in one of the bedrooms is lavatory with bath and in another with shower room. Under the groundfloor are shower room, sauna, and billiards.

Additional places: in the sitting room is folding sofa and in the bedroom are folding chairs.

Cottage №7 of economy class for 2 persons.

On the ground floor: kitchen (refrigerator, table, electric kettle, tableware), room (twin bed and single bed, TV, wardrobe), lavatory (toilet, washstand, shower room).

Heating: electronic convector heater.

It is also possible to rent room in the cottage №8 (double room, wardrobe), lavatory (separate toilet, washstand and shower room).

Heating: in each cottage is autonomic hotwater heating.

Water supply: constand cold (well-spring) and hot water.

Catering:

The breakfast is inclusive in the dining shanty.

Children that do not need additional place are free of charge.

Discounts are given to groups, established clients and on long-term living under the tentative agreement.

Prepayment is compulsory in the peak season.

Railway station: to go by any suburban, interurban and international train of Uzhhorod direction to the Skole station, taxi or transportation from the station to the hotel should be ordered in advance.

By car: international highway E-50/M-06, in the Koziova village to turn to the Oriavchyk village, to ride 7 km through the village, to turn by the label “Zveniv”, to turn left and to ride down the natural soil road about 200 meters
